Usually we restrict Hammertime to our exercise regime. But when one of our own needs a friend or two, with a trailer, and some muscles to shift furniture, of course we're there to help.

There was a big wall unit from a friend, and a small TV unit we found on the side of the road. What we forgot to remember, however, was the mission to get into the apartment.

It's true, the whole family is nuts. Not just me. Part of this nuttiness is a love for music, and a desire to just express noise and colour whenever we can.

This afternoon, Lu and the girls just jumped up from the lunch table and started dancing to Candyman by Christina Aguilera. This is the result.

I got home to see a spectacular moon shining over our street, so rushed inside to grab my trusty old Canon EOS Digital Rebel 300D.

This is a 4 year old DLSR at only 6MPx, with a non-stabilised Sigma 75 - 300mm Zoom. Even then the photo has been cropped, but otherwise not enhanced.

I took the shot on manual F7.1 Shutter 1/2000th sec ISO 100.

So I have a free week-end, for what seems like the first time in ages, and I wanted to spend it with the girls. What better thing to do than head into the best city, and stroll around the Rock's Markets.

We managed to have a nice pub lunch too.

What more could a man want?

Because of my pecuniary strangulation (broke-ness) I have to fly from Marbella, well Malaga, in Spain, via Zurich, in Switzerland to get to Paris for the Imagine Cup.

I couldn't help but notice some weird, wacky, and even pretty cool things along the way.

First there was the parking at Malaga airport, which was that good that Les drove into the wall.

Then in Zurich, the shopping was all inclusive:

The first of the videos on my Samsung phone. Here Les and I climbed to the top of the foothills in the Costa Del Sol for some exercise.

It's past eight o'clock at night, the temperature is about 34 deg and the sun is high in the sky.

Attempting boxercise, doing all the exercises yourself, without the normal breaks where partners swap gloves, in 30+ deg heat after 40 hours of travel and only 5 of sleep, is possibly not the smartest thing to do….

Still, I survived :)

Today has been relatively quiet. Started off dealing with email, and work until about 10am (6pm Aus time) then late exercise session, followed by a swim, breakfast, and then more planning work.

The afternoon saw us head out to the shops and up a mountain for a brisk walk, then back to the flat to complete my planning tasks before the Aussie work day began.

Tomorrow, hopefully I’ll be able to spend a little more time away from the computer.
